A database of project guides will be compiled and it will be published on website and displayed on notice boards by 20th September 2010. Centre will also give option to student to get other expert as guide, after approval from centre within specified period.
Any expert from the field of telecommunication ,electronics/comp science /IT and industry , who wants to work as guide, must submit his complete CV by 18th September 2010. No other person will be allowed to work as guide for project other than the approved one.
Students are allowed to carry out project work with approved guide only. Delhi Centre will allot a guide to every student. For this student will be asked for two choices of guide from the list.
A list of probable project topic will also be published which will act as a ready reckoner reference to the student for the selection of project.
A model reference project will also uploaded on website.
An assessment sheet will also be given to the student for the activity and it will be the part of project. This sheet must be duly signed by guide during each visit/interaction with guide.
A mid term review of project progress will be done at centre.
The original project work by student will fetch good marks. So it is advisable to students to do work himself with the help of guide & centre .Any kind of objectionable activity/material found in the project report, will be treated as misconduct. This will result in heavy penalty.
